The solera process leaves its characteristics with an intense reddish-gold color, as well as a very fresh aroma. Salt, peanuts, light almonds, walnuts and a little burnt sugar can be combined in the bouquet of aromas, as well as citrus zest and orange blossom. In the mouth it has flavors of fresh herbs and refreshing orange.
