Dona Maria Red Wine 2020

This is a red wine with an incredibly deep colour. There are shades of deep violet, purple and dark red. This wine is made from a 100-year-old vineyard that produces a concentrated wine, full of aromas of ripe red fruits, with a high level of complexity and elegance that only a vineyard like this can create. There is a certain mature attitude to this wine that shows aromas of raspberries, plums and black cherries, combined with fresh notes of rockrose, none of these flavours are very obvious or overt, but appear with a discreet elegance as the wine flows through the palate and evolves in the glass.
