    Tasting note

    - A wine with a clear appearance and lemon-yellow color. The nose is dominated by the freshness of sweet citrus, lemon and grapefruit, enveloped in the complexity and purity of white flowers and green apple. The palate suggests minerality, with acidity at its best. Ample and structured, it finishes with a pleasant herbaceous "restraint" that cleanses the palate and invites us to continue.
