Tasting note
It has a deep ruby red hue and an intense bouquet, with a predominance of floral notes of rockrose, as well as ripe red fruits, such as plum and strawberry. There are also notes of cedar, but also of spices, characteristic of years of careful maturation, with a delicate complexity resulting from discreet and well-integrated ageing in oak. The palate also reveals ripe red fruits and has an elegant body, well-integrated acidity and excellent quality tannins, with a balanced, harmonious and long finish.
