- An elegant structure, consistent with its terroir, which is a personality of its own. The first aromas remind us of the fifth flora: orange blossom, rosemary, and fennel. Upon closer inspection, we perceive it as serious, controlled, full-bodied, a true India ink wine brimming with diverse wild and floral aromas. On the palate, it is attractive, elegant, and silky with a surprising acidity that complements a sequence of fine flavors supported by perfectly integrated soft tannins. The finish lingers powerfully, urging us to continue the dialogue with the wine.
