Tasting note
- Almost opaque black color. Very intense and complex aroma, with notes of very ripe black fruits such as plum, resinous notes of pine nuts and undergrowth, as well as notes of cocoa and chocolate, the result of excellent maturation. On the palate it has great volume, with a vibrant acidity that gives it freshness, lively tannins that are well present and of high quality, with floral notes of rockrose, black fruits and cocoa, and a very long and elegant finish.
