Adega Mayor Esquissos Pinot Noir Red

A wine of great expression, ruby/violet in color, light and captivating. On the nose, it expresses Pinot Noir and suggests sweet floral notes in harmony with the fruitiness of ripe cherry and strawberry. All this aligned with a refined, oxidative, and smoky profile from the aging process. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and complex, with a striking and very sophisticated flavor, an explosion of red fruit that transports us to a sensation of almost salt and a pleasant, subtle bitterness on the finish. A disconcerting Alentejo wine, a true "Pinot in the Air".
