Tasting note
- On the nose, it is exquisitely aromatic, with a magnificent array of vanilla, buttery caramel and quince, combined with exotic and spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate it is velvety, with polished definition and elegance. Notes of honey, raisins and caramel, perfectly balanced by a base of orange peel with acidity and silky, fine-grained tannins. The finish is long and extraordinarily honeyed, with an almond finish that lingers on the palate.
