Tasting note
- The nose has a slightly vegetal inclination, also with hints of bell pepper and cocoa, in a deep aroma that also suggests depth on the palate. Excellent texture, vigorous yet very fresh, mineral and almost citrusy. A version of the grape variety that has nothing rustic about it, but everything in terms of power, with great vibrancy and balance. An almost endless wine, still extremely young.
