Tasting note
Open ruby color, elegant and delicate aroma. At first, discreet fruit, fresh and balsamic on the nose, then, on the palate, more complex, moderately structured, with notes of toast, cocoa and spices. It finishes somewhat minty, long, fresh and unusually saline.
