Tasting note
With a pale salmon color, it has a very fine and serious aroma of citrus and melon, complexed with a slight vegetal smokiness from the barrels where it fermented. In the mouth it displays a lot of minerality and a deep acidity, highlighting some notes of hibiscus tea.
