Roots that are intertwined with the history of the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region itself. It all began with the dream of a visionary, Manoel Pedro Guedes who, after moving to Quinta da Aveleda, in Penafiel, planted the seeds that would later culminate in the demarcation of a wine region, the Vinho Verde Region.
