Tasting note

- Straw-yellow color. It presents an elegant and complex aroma where different layers are revealed throughout the tasting. Notes of apricot join citrus aromas that ensure freshness. Then, floral notes, wet stone, and some hints of smoke and bakery appear. Structured, it is also complex on the palate, with a very lively yet elegant acidity, where the minerality is evident, making it a fresh yet voluminous wine. Long, dry, and citrusy aftertaste.
