2160 Viosinho Reserve White

Inside this bottle, a 100% Viosinho, lies an entire aesthetic and personal approach to the grape variety. Various textures of the same variety, achieved through harvesting in two stages and from two very distinct plots at Quinta da Assolveira, in the Pinhão River Valley. The wine's aging was just as important as the two (and distinct) harvests, because my desire was to break down the grape's exuberant fruit, seeking its more “buttery” and less terpenic side. The use of two French cooperages and one Hungarian only contributes to making the tasting of this Viosinho something unforgettable.
