Tasting note
Lemon, with notes of honey. Fruity and vegetal, with aromas of riper fruit such as apple and quince. Nuances of white pepper. Very mineral and explosive. Intense, dense, and fresh. Dominated by dry vegetal notes, shaved stone, and ripe fruit, giving it a mysterious tone. Well-defined acidity, complex and very lively on the palate.
