Tasting note
Bright, straw-colored with good intensity and citrus reflections. Clean aroma, with complexity and depth. Floral aromas (yellow flowers), ripe citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and aromatic herbs (lemon thyme) stand out, supported by notes of spices (vanilla). Dry, unctuous palate with enveloping acidity. Fermentation and aging in barrels have given it an excellent structure and a long finish, suggesting great potential for aging. Harmonious wine. Gastronomic profile.
