Tasting note
- The color shows some evolution towards a golden yellow, yet bright and attractive, visually complemented by very fine and persistent bubbles. Good aromatic intensity but delicate and with excellent freshness, notes of white fruit and light brioche, some dried fruits, giving a good aromatic richness. Dry wine with good acidity, good structure and at the same time creamy due to its long aging on fine lees, good "mousse" development, all in great balance ending in a smooth and prolonged finish.
