Tasting note
- A very delicate aroma, with light floral notes, a vegetal touch, and considerable minerality. The wood is well integrated throughout the palate, and the wine is full-bodied and unctuous, with excellent acidity. The toasty notes from the barrel reappear on the palate, making the whole wine complex. Long finish.
