Tasting note

- Pale yellow in color and with a brilliant appearance, it has an intense and varietal aroma, suggesting notes of green apple and lemon zest, with an acidic background. Structured and velvety on the palate, it presents high freshness with the natural acidity of the grape variety itself, wrapped in a slightly mineral background and a long, persistent finish.
