Watermelon pink in color. Very expressive and seductive nose, delicate red fruit reminiscent of strawberry and currant, and in the background hinting at notes of dried vegetables, pine needles. A very powerful palate, even more fruity than on the nose, good acidity and a slightly bitter finish that gives it nerve and depth.
