Tasting note
This is a white sparkling wine made from a red grape variety - Baga. Salmon-colored with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it is delicate and very expressive. It has notes of wild berries such as cherry and redcurrants, floral and fresh herb nuances, and a touch of brioche and hazelnut, which make it more serious. On the palate, it has a great balance of acidity and bitterness. It is structured in an elegant, light, delicate, and bright profile. It has a long finish, with excellent acidity and persistence.
