Carob liqueur is a natural product, without artificial colors or preservatives. It is produced from carob pods. Made through a fruit maceration process, the base of all liqueurs is the brandy of the fruit itself, to which sugar syrup is added. The fruit maceration process gives each liqueur a more natural and genuine flavor.
