Melissae is the name of the honey nymphs, another substance associated with the divine world and intimately linked to the origins of wine. The choice of this name is a tribute to the bees, for a wine with intense floral aromas that remind us of the nectar they collect. Melissae grapes come from our higher ground, which is also the home of our bees.
