Tasting note
This wine has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and rich aromas of fruits, such as peach and pineapple, characteristic of Chardonnay. These aromas combine with hints of toast and vanilla imparted by the oak in which it aged. On the palate, we find strong fruit flavors harmonizing with the oak, and a very present acidity that gives it a mineral character, resulting in a full and persistent finish. With bottle aging, the wine gains complexity.
