Traditional liqueur from the Algarve region. Carob brandy is a natural product, without colorings or preservatives. It is produced from carob pods. Made through a fruit maceration process, in which the base of all liqueurs is the brandy of the fruit itself, to which sugar syrup is added. The fruit maceration process gives each liqueur a more natural and genuine flavor.
