Tasting note

Golden colour with greenish highlights. Fresh and delicate bouquet, hints of pine, dried apricot, a slight touch of rancio, walnuts and sea breeze. Delicate nose. Growing salty palate and well-defined acidity. Citrus flavour, persistent dryness in a crisp finish with finesse.
