Tasting note
The sparkling wine has a very intense nose of green apple and very evident wood, the result of its 150 days of aging in barrels, followed by 26 months of 2nd fermentation in the bottle. In the mouth it is delicate, with fine bubbles and acidity, some notes of vanilla and a light blackberry.
