Tasting note
Intense and concentrated aroma, very complex, grapes from low-yield plots, combined with the maximum expression of purity from fermentation with indigenous yeasts and alcoholic fermentation in cement vats with malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Striking, explosion of licorice/liqueurice, black fruits, and spices, in harmony with very discreet barrel notes. In the mouth, very structured with voluminous tannins, it suggests great longevity in the bottle.
