- Deep amber red color; lifted, toasted and charred on the nose, truly wonderful, it sings in the glass; soft honey sweetness, super concentrated mid-palate, so pure, yet complex too with a hint of toasted and flavorful undertone, rich (100g/l of residual sugar), but the running acidity leads to a vibrant finish. Nothing like a soup over this: wonderful precision and definition.
