Tasting note

Lou 38 presents a delicate aromatic profile with notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and a very pronounced saline minerality. On the palate, it is light and dry, with fine bubbles and lively acidity. The texture reveals controlled skin maceration, providing subtle structure and immense freshness. It is a vibrant and gastronomic pet-nat, with a dry and clean finish.
