Tasting note
The aroma is subtle, combining the characteristic freshness of Encruzado with the red fruit and floral notes of Touriga Nacional. On the palate, what is felt only confirms what the aroma suggested: the freshness and vivacity of Encruzado supported by the elegant tannins of Touriga Nacional, which in themselves constitute the best that the two queen grape varieties of Dão have to offer.
