Tasting note
By fermenting the two grape varieties that make up the blend together, a superior integration of their particular qualities was achieved. One of the grape varieties is known for its chromatic and aromatic intensity, while the other, on the other hand, is known for its discreet colour and restrained, austere aromas, which results in a wine with the best of both worlds. The aromatic exuberance of one, with its nuances of red and black fruits, is tempered by the finesse and freshness of the other grape variety, with soft aromas, where black cherry and dark chocolate stand out, pepper and a refreshing minerality. Elegance and harmony are two striking characteristics, which are evident in the mouth, where the freshness and quality of the soft tannins contribute to a whole, recognised as clandestine in this region, but for its identity.
