Tasting note
- The nose of the Grande Reserva is very fresh and intense with notes of black wild berries and black cherries balanced with seductive notes of licorice. The aromas become more complex due to the subtle vanilla notes from the wood. On the palate, the wine is fabulously concentrated, with firm tannins and a smooth texture. The very persistent finish strongly demonstrates the intensity of the wines from the Douro Superior region.
