Tasting note

This harvest has yielded a very fresh and complex wine, with citrus fruit in harmony with subtle floral nuances and strong mineral notes typical of the “terroir”, furthered by slight hints of wood. A long period of “bâtonnage” gives it a surprising mouthfeel. A very long, fresh, and mineral finish.
