Tasting note
- Aged for 29 days in a carving process. The aging process is not noticeable in the open citrus color, but it is very evident in the complex aroma, with many notes of peel, dried vegetables, orange, and ripe citrus fruits. Great harmony on the palate, with a full and deep character, but with a perfect balance of acidity. A very civilized, elegant, vibrant, and long white wine.
