Tasting note
- Clear, medium-bright, greenish-yellow color. Delicate nuances of lemon and ripe yellow apple, pear and cracked schist; a restrained and fine nose, but with immense potential. A wine of immense texture, balanced acidity, with a high intensity of stone fruit aroma in the retronasal sensation. The bitterness enhances the balance, creating definition and identity.
