Bright greenish color with golden reflections. Light floral aromas characteristic of the variety, notes of anise and tangerine, fresh and vibrant, well expressing the wild terroir where it grows. Immediate sensation of freshness and acidity, notes of orange and tangerine compote, long finish with the characteristic salty sensation predominant in the Colares region.
