Tasting note
Yellowish-green in color, with a bright appearance. Aromatic palette with Colares DNA, presenting a lot of minerality, oyster shells, sea breeze, light fruit like green apple and apricots. Overall it is fine and delicate, with a creamy attack full of concentration and refreshing acidity. The finish is intense and long, bringing back notes of minerality and sea.
