Tasting note

Clean appearance, citrine color and straw tones. Intense aroma, tropical fruity, some floral notes, minerality and strong presence of the grape variety. Very fruity and fresh on the palate, good complexity and engagement, resulting from the autolysis of the yeasts during the post-fermentation battonage process of 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
