- Citrine color with a greenish hue. Aroma of stone fruit - vine peach, combined with notes of white-fleshed fruit - Reinette apple, flint, toast and brioche. Extremely fine, silky texture, supported by a firm structure and a sparkling freshness. Intense flavors of pear, white plum, pink peppercorn and vanilla. Surprising balance between fresh acidity, opulent body and linearity, beautiful gravity. Finishes long, precise and lively.
