Tasting note
- A rich aroma of wild berries and ripe plums, some cocoa, minerality, and smoke. On the palate, it shows an excellent balance between the sweetness of the fruit in drops, the fresh and lively acidity, and the slight spicy bitterness, with fine and well-polished tannins. A very well-structured whole, with a long and harmonious finish that promises to evolve well in the bottle over the coming years.
