Tasting note
- Touriga Nacional (67%) and Touriga Franca. Deep and complex, full of exotic spices like nutmeg, clove, saffron, as well as a hint of cocoa, shiitake mushroom, and peaty earth. On the palate, it impresses with its natural freshness and chewiness, featuring notes of cocoa and the purity of black fruit, with a subtle vegetal undertone. Super-silky tannins, long and expansive, of enormous elegance.
