Tasting note
- Bright straw yellow. Notes of apple, a touch of white pepper and herbal notes, complexed by gentle toast. Palate with linear and high acidity. The acidity is the pillar of this wine. Good balance with a delicate body and moderate alcohol content. Enormous length on the palate, lingering for a long time.
