Tasting note
The first aromatic impact highlights the quality of the fruit, pure, with nuances of berries in compote, stewed meat, dried grass, spices, and a very discreet barrel. Great balance on the palate, with perfect tannin texture, beautiful acidity, a precise, defined wine with everything in place. Very young and with potential for aging in the bottle.
