Tasting note
- Bright citrine color. Intense and very elegant aroma, with a predominance of various citrus notes, such as lime and grapefruit. On the palate it is complex, deep and structured, with a lively but very well-integrated acidity, which gives it great freshness and persistence. The long finish reveals minerality, some notes of dried fruit and a slight smokiness. A wine with great aging potential.
