Tasting note
- Very fine and persistent bubbles. This sparkling wine cannot hide its origin. Notes of seaweed, iodine, and sea air mingle with some breadiness resulting from the long aging with free yeasts during the 4 years in the bottle. On the palate, the bubbles are very elegant, balancing and enveloping the very refreshing natural acidity that the wine possesses. It finishes long and with an unmistakably salty sensation.
