Tasting note
- Medium-bodied tawny with a ruby center. There is a rich barley sugar and honey character in this wine, promising sweetness with some caramel and orange nuances. On the palate it is medium-bodied with plenty of sweetness. There are notes of toffee and spice, and plenty of brown sugar and hints of chocolate and fudge. On the palate this sweetness lingers, with a large, full-bodied core of grapefruit flavor and acidity cutting through the middle. It has plenty of tart, orange peel and grapefruit bite and has good length.
