Tasting note
Dark, intense ruby colour. Deep, complex aroma with remarkable freshness. The wine is dominated by red fruits (blackcurrant) and black fruits (cassis), liquorice, menthol notes and spicy notes (cloves, black pepper). It is silky, with very fine tannins giving the wine extraordinary tension and texture. Excellent acid balance. Very long finish.
