Tasting note
Red with garnet reflections. It has a curious vegetal tone, light notes of grass, lots of spice, revealing itself to be a different Merlot, with acidity and tannins that have become velvety over time. Slightly smoky, with a vegetal touch of Cabernet, earthy notes, firm and dry, with lively acidity.
