Tasting note
Medium color, orange-amber with a clear 1 mm meniscus. Attractive light coffee and almond, and reminiscent of Moroccan bastilla on the nose with a touch of passion fruit. Dense, silky-textured, tasty, balanced, rounded palate, orange tart, passion fruit tart with a vague sensation of light salt. Long finish.
